How do I Clear History and Website Data on iPadOS 17?

Note: On iPadOS 18 Safari is now located under Apps
1. Open Settings

2. Open Safari

3. Select "Clear History and Website Data

4. Choose All History, turn on Close All Tabs and then Clear History
